The Official Sandbox of the Circle that's like, inside the other Circles but not the innermost Circle so it's called the "Not-Quite" inner circle because when people say "Inner Circle" they usually mean the "innermost" Circle. We're about… two circles away from the innermost, maybe three, I don't have a very good view of the Circles from here, but it looks like two, maybe. Whatever, the point is, we're not quite the most inner Circle so we can't have the "Inner Circle" title. Yet.
