| AREA-111 | Director Carter Williams | Senior Researcher Jacob Clarkson | ASTF-STIGMA-26 ("Keep Calm and Apollyon") |
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7777 is to be held in a Modified Humanoid Containment Cell, 1m3 of which is to be reserved for a research and observation area. Research area is to be fitted with no more than three (3) SRAs1 accessible at any given time. Local Hume field should be upheld at 24 Humes2 Observation Deck “Quad Seven” is to be fitted with one (1) two-way mirror, hermetically sealed and lined with sigilium framing. Four (4) security cameras are to be placed in the corners of SCP-7777’s containment chamber. Security cameras are to be lined made from sigilium3 where accessible (see Incident Log 7777_10).
All personnel involved with SCP-7777 and it’s containment are to be housed on site, split into designations of necessity. D-Class personnel and janitorial staff, along with C-Class personnel are to be housed in Block A, 1km away from Containment Zone. All B-Class staff and Area Administration are housed within Block B, 2km away from Containment Zone. Excluding Area Director Carter Williams and Research Head Jacob Clarkson, all staff are to be rotated out on a bi-monthly basis, supplied with Class C “Targeted Retrograde” amnestics and provided with a cover story.
All testing with SCP-7777 is to be performed by D-Class personnel only. By no means should Foundation Staff enter SCP-7777’s containment chamber, as risk of containment breach is already high. ASTF-Stigma-26 (“Keep Calm and Apollyon”) are to enter containment chamber with D-Class personnel. Observation Deck “Quad Seven” has been established for research and testing observation. Containment procedures updated.
Description: SCP-7777, previously " August Clarkson "4, appears to be a teenage boy approximately 14 years old. It has shown substantial capability in thaumatergical arts and reality bending, with a range of 20/6005, granting it the ability to dramatically change its surroundings to whatever it sees fit. So far, this ability appears to be mitigated via loss of morale.
Reality bending events appear to be fully under SCP-7777's control, and have never been reported to activate without its express direction. Thus far, five (5) reality bending events have been observed under Foundation custody. One (1) of these events resulted in a containment breach of SCP-7777, SCP-106, SCP-079 and SCP-343. Objects created during this event of note are listed below.6
- An anomalous mirror that reflected what appears to be subjects shadow. (Dubbed SCP-7777-1)
- A quadrapedal animal that attacked three (3) ASTF-Stigma-26 members upon initial testing. (Dubbed SCP-7777-2)
- An anomalous paperclip, dubbed "Clippy" that offered nonsensical advice, even when asked to stop talking. (Dubbed SCP-7777-3)
- A non-anomalous picture of ██████ ████████, identified by SCP-7777 as its sister.7
SCP-7777 is almost physically indistinguishable from that of a teenage male, par from a tertiary eye that resides 3cm from its hairline. The eye appears closed in most scenarios, only observed opening during reality bending events, lacking any distinguishable colour in the iris and sclera. A red light, around 1mm in diameter, acts as the tertiary pupil, widening and minimizing in the presense of low or bright light. SCP-7777 reports that it cannot see from its third eye and testing is ongoing.
Residence of SCP-7777 - Ontario, Canada
Addendum 7777-1: Discovery
SCP-7777 was brought to Foundation attention after friends of SCP-7777 reported not seeing it in approximately four days, not attending school nor picking up phone calls. When checked on, the friends reported to the police - of which was subsiquentially passed to the UIU and then Foundation personnel - that the house appeared to be "inverted" and reminiscent of 1997's "███ ████". MTF-Lambda-5 ("White Rabbits") were sent to perform an initial investigation upon suspect Hume distortion in the area. Audio log will be provided alongside this document.
Addendum 7777-2 Incident "7777_10"
The following are the damages of Incident 7777_10. SCP-7777 has been properly recontained and SRAs have been activated to keep him in check. Senior Researcher Jacob Clarkson is currently under review as head of the SCP-7777 project.
- One (1) Modified Humanoid Containment Cell completely inverted and broken. Dark matter was removed by MTF-Lambda-5 and cleared by appropriate Foundation staff.
- Subsiquent breaches of SCP-106, SCP-079-1, SCP-343 and SCP-105. SCP-105 and SCP-343 were safely recontained, SCP-079-1 was neutralized and recontained and SCP-106's whereabouts are currently unknown.
- Major decay of local Hume levels (previously 24, currently 19)
- Five (5) on site personnel deaths, all of which were C-Class Junior Researchers. Families have been contacted and alimonies have been payed.
- Six (6) major and traumatic injuries to on site personnel
- Forty Four (44) minor injuries to on site personnel
