Approximately three (3) weeks after the disappearance of Dr. "Iceberg", Webcrawler-TBE_12 picked up suspicious, potentially anomalous activity from an account on Youtube.com, simply labeled "effigy". Upon analysis of the videos posted, the subject (previously labeled "e-1") was revealed to be Dr. "Iceberg". Logs of the videos posted by the channel are as detailed below.
Note : For ease of brevity, Logs #1-#5 are all compiled together, as the content of the logs did not deviate over combined runtime.

0:10 - Green, blue and red static bars all flash across the screen in various patterns. A buzzing sound becomes present at this point in the video. Image of tree branches disappears.
0:15 - An inverted cross is shown on the screen, as shot through a handheld camera similar in style to that of a 1985 "Video8" camcorder. The cross is drawn on plain a4 paper in what appears to be a dimly lit basement

0:02 - Distortion typical of Logs #1-#5 begins across the screen, image of tree branches present.
0:06 - Image stabilizes, being shot from what appears to be a modern-day camcorder. Screen appears scratched and cracked, with time stamps and date missing from the beginning UI of the video.
0:10 - Minor visual tears are clear on the video as shuffling is heard to the right of the camera, followed by strained coughing.
0:14 - Camera's view is shifted as a bloodied hand takes the camera. Fingerprints are not visible on the hand, nor are typical palm prints. Hand appears smooth. Coughing continues, increasing in intensity.
0:20 - Camera is picked up, held at chest height as the field of view is panned over the surroundings; a forest of indeterminate size or location. Trees appear to be evergreen, as indicated by leaves still being present on their branches.
0:26 - Camera focuses on an ID badge that is located around two (2) feet from videographer. The same bloodied hand reaches out from behind the camera, picking up the ID badge.
0:30 - ID reads as "Dr. Iceberg" with QR code that, when scanned, confirms this to be an official Foundation-issue Identification Card given to personnel. Iceberg's personnel headshot is scribbled out in black marker, as well as position within the Foundation and Site location.
0:33 - (Voice analysis confirms videographer is indeed Dr. Iceberg.) "This is my card."
0:36 - Heavy video distortion as Iceberg coughs behind the camera.

0:02 - Minor auditory "stuttering" and visual tearing as Iceberg takes a panning shot of the forest around him. Time is approximately 17:00, as shown by the setting sun. Iceberg appears to be limping.
0:10-0:47 - (Auditory tears are present as Iceberg begins to speak.) "My name is … Dr. Iceberg. I have no idea where I am, how I got here, what I'm doing here or .. anything else along those lines. I can't remember the past few days but I know that .. that I was .. attacked by something. It's hard to tell if "attacked" is the right word, but it feels correct."
0:47-1:35 - "I do know a few things. This is my camera .. and my ID badge. This is definitely my blood and my pain - not sure who else's pain it'd be, ha. I'm wearing my work clothes and I don't seem to have my scarf. I'm .. fucking freezing, pardon my language."
1:37 - Major auditory tearing and visual distortion. Camera pans up and zooms in on an unidentifiable sillouhette of a creature. Creature stands at approx. 6-7m tall and appears featureless. The phrase "What the fuck?" can be deciphered through audio distortion before the camera drops and Iceberg appears to run.

0:05 - Video picks up from where "BELATED_GIFT.avi" left off, with heavy visual tearing and distortion as Iceberg is running through a now dark forest. It is estimated he's been running for three (3) and a half hours.
0:7 - Camera suddenly hits the floor, the audio going completely missing as the visual distortion disappears. Iceberg appears to have fallen over within shot of the camera, the only full body shot of Iceberg thus far. He is covered in blood, which he claimed previously was all his own, and still appears to be wearing the clothes he went missing in. His hair is unkempt and his neck is visible, showing visible darkening consistent with cold bruises.
0:10 - Iceberg attempts to get up from where he is, but only appears to be able to push himself up onto his elbows, as shown by further struggle. Visual tearing reappears as a shadow falls over Iceberg.
0:11-0:20 - Video cuts. No audio present. No images present.
0:21 - Video cuts back to Iceberg, in the same position as he was when he fell. Camera has been moved further away, and Iceberg is out of focus. Audio is heavily distorted, but he is heard coughing and gagging as he coughs up what appears to be copious amounts of blood.

0:01 - Video begins with a black and white countdown, reminscent of early screened movies. Heavy audio distortion follows, accompanied with a black screen.
0:10 - Black screen is abruptly replaced with heavily distorted footage from the Site-19-2 annual Christmas party. It is not taken from the security cameras, suggesting that Dr. Iceberg had been filming himself and events around Site-19-2 for as long as a month before the events on this video. Video sound is missing, replaced with buzzing similar to that of Logs #1-#5
0:16 - Footage of the Christmas party is suddenly interjected with loud, boosted audio of Iceberg in the forest, visual distortion so heavy that picture analysis is hard to perform. Coughing is easily heard, along with sobbing.
0:20 - Footage returns to the Christmas party, Iceberg communing with the security team. No audio is heard, but captions on screen describe how he was concerned that "letting [their] guards down for a [EXPLATIVE REDACTED] holiday party was a waste of resources". He appears to be blown off by security and returns to filming the party.
0:26 - Footage of the Christmas party is heavily distorted, audio overlayed with that of "RUN_RABBIT.avi". Audio of the Christmas party is then heard, the footage shifting to a scene of Iceberg, out of focus, crying next to a tree stump. Camera does not appear to have been moved from "RUN_RABBIT.avi", but visual distortion makes it hard to tell.
0:35-1:00 - (Audio from the Christmas party is overlayed over the audio of Iceberg speaking.) What the fuck …[indecipherable]… he had no face. I just wanted …[indecipherable]… this has to be a scip or something. I'm scared. [indecipherable]… so so much. What the fuck. Who the text is referring to, who wrote it or who it is intended for is all unknown.
1:45-2:33 - Video cuts to a present image of Dr. Iceberg. He appears to be in a clearing by a lake, time approx. 14:00. Muffled talking can be heard, but not made out. Iceberg is sat under a tree with his knees pulled to his chest, though it does not appear that he is the one talking. All traces of blood are gone from Iceberg's person, though heavy bruising can be noted over his face.
2:35 - Iceberg looks up at the camera and then to the lake before hiding his head in his hands. Heavy visual and auditory tears/stutters occur.

0:06-1:34 - (Iceberg is speaking from behind the camera. At no point does he come in to frame. His voice is almost monotonal) "I have no recollection of the past day. Days? I'm not sure. I remember finding my keycard and standing up, but I don't have anything past that. I don't know why I'm so bruised or why I'm here - but I feel like this place is safe. This lake, specifically; safe from what, I don't know that either."
1:35-2:00 - (A daisy chain is placed down in front of the camera.) "My camera won't let me go back to watch videos I've taken either. I only know that I've taken them because it says so on the album. Someone's scribbled out my name on the camera too - replaced it with the name "effigy". I think they think they're funny."

0:04-1:01 - Video opens with a shot of a dark forest path accompanied with heavy visual tearing, time approx. 22:00. Quick flashes of visual tearing are visible and Iceberg begins to run with the camera. It appears to be raining, though the splashes on camera were later identified to be blood. Iceberg sounds out of breath, as if he has been running for a long time.
1:02-1:44 - Iceberg turns a sharp corner and halts suddenly, almost stumbling to catch his breath. Visual tears and audio amplification occur as soon as he stops, to which he immediately starts running again, this time to the south-west. He appears to be crying at this point, though a white noise muffles the audio.
1:45-2:20 - A loud noise to Iceberg's right causes Iceberg to take a sharp right and heavy audio distortion occurs as the camera drops. The camera rolls through a few puddles and leaves before coming to a stop at the edge of a cliff face, with Iceberg's hand barely visible over the edge.
2:21-2:48 - Increasing audio and visual distortion as a figure approaches where Iceberg's hand appears to be. The figure, dubbed "E-H", crouches down and offers a gloved hand. E-H also appears to be wearing an orange hoodie, though it's face is obscured. Iceberg reaches up and takes E-H's hand.
2:49-3:33 - (Video cuts to a shot of Iceberg's feet, with his hand still holding E-H's hand in frame. He appears bloody and beaten and is limping once more.) "Who are you? Don't you know it's dangerous around here?"
(E-H does not provide a response. Iceberg grows cautiously agitated.)
