Let's see. It'll start with the CEO talking to one of his executives, discussing an unknown situation. The executive thinks the casualties are for the greater good, while the CEO favors the zero injury and death policy. After a back and forth on this situation, the CEO will chew2 out the executive and explain why the company exists in the first place, with the reasons why a casualty is a failure on the company's part. He references the foundation and what happened in SCP-4717, and said that they were forced to take action, which the executive disagreed with.

A quote: "If you can't take the minimal precautions to every situation, every mission, and every interaction, then you have failed as a human being, as someone with actual morals. I will not tolerate those who treat collateral damage like numbers on a board!"
