The shuffle of the note-papers, the scratch of the expensive fountain pen on the note-papers, the sigh of the Researcher's uniform as the interviewee shifts nervously in his or her chair, a gulp as the prospective Agent swallows spit. These are the sounds that dominate the wordless seconds before a Researcher's psychiatric evaluation.
The interviewer, Doctor Jackson Levine, and the interviewed, Mr. Juilus Prosper Desaulniers. But you can call him Jules. Also, I reckon that I should say that the image Jules's name will give you isn't terribly accurate. He's an unassuming guy, very tall and lanky, but he makes up for it by slouching. He's got ginger hair swept back and inching down his neck, and a lightly tanned, freckled complexion.
