Description: SCP-XXXX is a structure located beneath the Amano Investigative Journalism Media Centre, also known as Amano Media, a prominent independent and investigative journalism company situated in Yokohama, Japan.

SCP-XXXX is accessible through a sewage maintenance hatch, located behind the structure, inside of a wooded grove. Beyond the ladder is a short corridor that leads to the entrance of SCP-XXXX, a steel door with a small plate bolted to the surface of it that reads, "Department of Abnormalities, █████████ Branch". There is no Foundation record of the Department of Abnormalities, █████████ Branch ever existing.

SCP-XXXX consists of a multitude of office cubicles, situated on five different floors, each one bearing a singular placard that lists the level of the structure. Several maps of the Department of Abnormalities, █████████ Branch, covered in dust, can be found at the entrance-way to SCP-XXXX.

Each floor seems to have been appointed with the management of anomalies, with an unknown system of allocation for each individual floor. These are connected via a central flight of stairs located at the rear side of each floor.

"Music" can be heard playing throughout SCP-XXXX, although the intercom system has degraded due to the poor conditions of SCP-XXXX. As such, there is no noticeable difference between this "music" and static noise.

Addendum XXXX.1: Exploration of SCP-XXXX

Floor 1:
Floor 1 consists of two rooms. The first is located to the left of the entrance and consists of various cubicles, each one labelled with a single paper placard, possibly indicating the name of the former occupant. Each placard is noticeably blank.

Each desk drawer contains an assortment of standard issue stationary, including pens, paper, staplers, and pencils. No personal items were recovered from any of the cubicle drawers.

Attempts to access the computers, running the Windows 10 operating system, on this floor were unsuccessful, instead displaying an error message consisting of the following:

System Failure

ERROR CODE - 15 - FILE_NOT_FOUND

The second room, located to the right of the entrance, consisted of a singular round table, with enough seating for thirteen individuals. The desk was covered in a fine film of dust.

A glass chessboard was set up on the table. The chessboards pieces had all had their faces removed. Each one had a blank sticky label attached to their base.

Opposite the entrance, a large piece of poster paper had been hung on the wall. It was titled, "Department of Abnormalities Chess Tournament" with various scores arranged in a grid. There were no names present to indicate whose score was whose.

A whiteboard was suspended on the left hand wall, with a single ceiling mounted projector pointing at it. The ceiling mounted projector would not power on but the writing on the whiteboard was legible:

Recovered image of the whiteboard's contents.

Floor 2:
Floor 2 seems to have been for the executive employees as their cubicles are far larger and far less cramped together. To the left of the entrance is a room containing a set of seven cubicles instead of thirteen. Each one has a nameplate made out of steel that has been scratched beyond recognition.

The computers on this floor would boot up, but again displayed a similar error message to the computers on the first floor:

System Failure
Please contact your local system administrator.

ERROR CODE - 18 (0x12) - NO_MORE_FILES

Similar to Floor 1, there is a single room located on the right hand side of the room. It is constructed from glass and appears to be an expansive conference rooms. Inside were a collection of post-it notes covered in coffee stains. The cup was discovered beside the stained notes; the interior was covered with Penicillium. The following is a transcription of the only legible post-it note:

Asked to contact the system administrator concerning the error codes that we've been receiving.

Company front under Amano Investigative Journalism Media Centre is successful.

Gonna ask for a raise after all this is done, too much stress, really hope my daughter, Hope is doing okay. It'll be her fifth birthday and she won't want to not call her. Remind to call.

Floor 3:
Floor 3 was a singular, expansive office suite. The door had a singular name plate affixed to it that read, "Site Director ". The office featured several dead office plants and a set of broken lamps.

The computer on this floor, once again, displayed an error message once it was switched on but it disappeared shortly after it had appeared:

System Failure

ERROR CODE - 0 (0x0) - ERROR_COMPLETED_SUCCESSFULLY

Following this, a singular file appeared on the system without an entry prompt, reading as followed:

ERROR CODE - 2 (0X2) - FILE_NOT_FOUND

Floor 4:
Floor 4 has an additional label affixed to the door reading, "Low-Security Anomaly Detainment" and contains four cells secured by steel-barred deadlock doors. The following is documentation on each of the rooms located on the floor:

Room 1
Contents: A singular doll lays atop a fortune-telling table covered in a dusty tablecloth. A white, waxy substance covers the body of the doll.

Room 2
Contents: A piece of paper covered in Unicode characters. There is a drawing of a blue tree at the bottom of the paper, scrawled in a child-like hand.

Room 3
Contents: A burnt-out CCTV camera pointed towards the doorway. The phrase "Site-5" is faintly printed onto the side of the device.

Room 4
Contents: Empty. The steel-barred door was left wide open with the deadlock bolt forced open.

The footage concerning this exploration was discovered at the entrance to SCP-XXXX. No member of staff assigned to SCP-XXXX recalled authorising the exploration of SCP-XXXX.
