Archived Containment Procedures
SCP-XXXX is held within Low-Risk Humanoid Containment Unit-16 at Site-51. It is to be allowed supervisors recreational time for 2-hour twice weekly and fed a strictly vegetarian diet. Due to expressed symptoms of depression, SCP-XXXX is to receive 1 hour of conversational psychotherapy weekly in addition to medical treatment for anxiety and chronic type depression.
Description

SCP-XXXX was a human male by the name of Jackson Sutton, a fleshcrafting practitioner. SCP-XXXX used various carnomantic1 and thaumaturgic rituals to practice medicine, specifically plastic surgery. Records found in SCP-XXXX's office indicate at least 28 patients were treated using these techniques during the 2 years its business was in operation. SCP-XXXX destroyed all records of the exact techniques it practiced and has refused all requests for demonstration or testing.
Investigation into SCP-XXXX has revealed that it was born into a family that were active members of a Neo-Sarkic cult. While it actively avoided answering questions about its family, records indicate that SCP-XXXX was initially associated with the █████████, a supposed Neo-Sarkic group with close ties to the British Royal Family. While it is unclear when SCP-XXXX disassociated from its family, it has expressly denied that it had any interest with continuing the practices and procedures that it claims were "decidedly evil and abhorrent in the sight of God."

Discovery
On 1930/4/16, a women by the name of Dorean Ashwood was intercepted by officers of the Los Angeles Police Department. Miss Ashwood was running down Buckslane Blvd screaming and displaying erratic behavior. Upon apprehension Miss Ashwood was discovered to have two large protrusions growing from her temples. These protrusions resembled the feet of the American crow (Corvus brachyrhynchos) though much larger in size. Miss Ashwood was brought to Los Angeles County General Hospital at which time her symptoms worsened. An hour after arriving at the hospital, Miss Ashwood developed a total of 24 identical protrusions across her face, neck, and chest. After 3-hours in intensive care, Miss Ashwood died of what was recorded as asphyxiation. Having grown a total of 462 protrusions, 85 of which grew internally eventually erupting from her eyes, ears, anus, and throat.

The Foundation was contacted by informants within the Los Angeles Police Department during Miss Ashwood's treatment. A Foundation concealment team was in the process of recovering Miss Ashwood's remains when SCP-XXXX turned itself in by calling the Los Angeles Police Precinct in connection to Miss Ashwood's situation. At this time, SCP-XXXX was recovered at its office by Foundation agents. All documentation regarding the incident was confiscated and all witnesses were administered amnestics.
