Physical Health : Subpar. Subject is prone to sickness and ill health, and has been diagnosed with Retinis Pigmentosa and Psychogenic Blackouts, though checkups are incredibly difficult.

Personality, Symptoms and Behaviors : Admitted on 18 counts of premeditated murder, 23 accounts of murder (COP) and 1 account of aggrivated assault. "Tomoda" is an incredibly aggressive individual, who has shown to have extreme distaste for those around him and specifically an unnamed individal who he has dubbed "Ska"¹

Despite this, in periods of time observed where "Tomoda" is calm, he appears to be a very intelligent and astute person who has communicated to those that have been close to him via writing on a whiteboard provided. Appears to be in to art and writing, though never stays calm enough to finish a paragraph, which only served to aggrivate him more.

Treatments : Currently, due to Tomoda's present state, spoken therapies - whilst unanimously agreed to be the better option - is simply to dangerous to perform. Most therapies are being considered, but medication is currently used.
