Physical Health : Subpar. Recent testing shows a drop in physical health as of 01/01/20. Referal to Doctor Ogai is recommended.

Personality, Symptoms and Behaviors : Admitted on account of incredibly violent behavior, resulting in the deaths of three (3) and injuries of ten (10) more. Upon psychological screening, it was found that intense trauma of unknown origin was the cause for his actions, and was outwardly hostile when placed under situations of even minor stress. When addressed directly, subject moved into a "fugue" state, upon which would perform anything the addressor wanted. When tested, there appeared to be no limits to these requests, though the furthest request taken was the murder of a young chick.

Upon arrival to the Soseki Institute, Mikhail was placed under Level 4 watch immediately, though has recently been lifted as of the new year (2020). Subject does not appear to show much interest in anything, not interacting with the other children on the floor or picking up hobbies like drawing or playing an instrument. Subject does appear to enjoy sitting outside.

Whilst I appreciate your worry - truly, I understand your need to help these children - Mikhail will only respond to commands. Personality, Symptoms and Behaviors : Admitted after a string of bad panic attacks that reportedly weren't stimulated from outside. Appears to have agoraphobia, autophobia and nyctophobia. For this reason, Hikaru is roomed with his younger sister, Midori in room 3.

Without stress stimuli, Hikaru is a charming young man with several hobbies and interests and holds more than a handful of charisma.
